NHL ‘94: Wide Mode
Patch v1.2 Issues
Hello there!
Thank-you so much for your NHL ’94 wide mode hacks. I’ve been experimenting with it and have come across a number of errors. I’ve tried to solve as many of them as possible, and am sharing all the solutions that I come up with. However, I cannot solve them all, and need your help. Please, help me, help you.

Issue: End of file / No-op not indicated.Status: Fixed. See method below.Issue: Crowd Animation events (such as during face-offs) do not display on right side of the Rink.Status: Fixed. Issue: “Clearbox”. Only part of the screen is cleared / refreshed after displaying graphical overlays.

Issue: Injury Overlays appear in wrong spot.

Issue: Penalty Shot Overlays no longer appears centred.

Issue: Shoot-Out Overlays no longer appears centred.

Issue: Goal Overlays (Goal, PP Goal, Hat Trick) appear in the wrong spot.

Issue: Stars of the Game overlay no longer appears centred.
Status: Fixed. See method below.
Incorrect, but Works ok
Issue: Ref needs to be moved 3 tiles / 24 pixels to the right OR Goal etc. overlays need to be moved the same.
Status: I need help.
Issue: Face-Off overlay (right side) appears in wrong spot.
Status: I need help.
Broken
Issue: Sideboards view incorrectly shows up in 320 pixel mode when displaying a penalty call.
Status: I need your help!
Investigating
Issue: CPU Players sometimes suddenly appear or disappear on far left side of the ice, when puck is on far right side of the ice.
